Our crimp steel round edge and steel star crimping devices are designed with innovative concepts and precision craftsmanship. Modern machinery and skilled professionals ensure consistent, high-quality construction and performance.

For Steel Roll Crimps – Professional Spools, there are various types and costs available. We recommend choosing a Professional Roll Crimp in steel rather than bronze or brass. The latter are made through "press-fusion" rather than precision workmanship, resulting in "inferior precision." Although the cost difference is significant, a steel Professional Roll Crimp will produce an exceptional straight finish, even better than those found on cartridges from the world’s top producers. Additionally, the durability of a steel crimp is unmatched, lasting so long that you’ll forget when you purchased it.

The same reasoning applies to a Professional Steel Star Crimp. Among the many types available, the best are crafted from steel using precision workmanship, not fusion. This tool is essential for creating folds in tube shells before the final rimming process, achieving a stellar closure. However, it is not suitable for round edge closures.

What sets our Italian Professional Roll Crimp in steel apart is our unique approach: the cartridge closure is achieved through the “rotation” of the Roll Crimp, rather than by applying “pressure” on the hull.
